I/We _________________________ agree to deposit $__________ plus rental fee of $__________ to the Beaver Creek Boat Club and/or its representative for use of the Club House and Facilities on _________________. I/We understand the combined amount of $__________ is due and payable at the time the Contract is submitted. The member/sponsor, _________________________, must be present and maintain possession of the keys to all areas of the property during the rental period. The building, equipment and grounds must remain in the condition in which it as found.

The Treasurer of BCBC will refund to the renter the deposit of $__________ via us mail the week following said rental after sponsoring member attests that the condition of the property is as it was at the time of the rental.

If the club is not as clean as when rented, the deposit will be used to restore the Club to such condition.

If there is any damage, ie., building, equipment, windows, flooring, etc., the renter will be held responsible for same.
